Originally conceived in 2016 with studio work commencing in 2019, Chuck Ragan’s album Love And Lore faced delays due to the COVID pandemic. During the hiatus, Ragan turned his attention to his fly-fishing operation in Grass Valley, CA, to support his family. Finally recorded in early 2023, Love And Lore transcends the boundaries of folk, showcasing Chuck's evolution as a songwriter as he explores bold new sonic landscapes. The album radiates authenticity and integrity, hallmarks of Chuck Ragan's artistry, making this his first solo release in a decade an unmissable milestone.
