Formed in 2000 in Brooklyn, NY, The Wage Of Sin were an all-female metalcore band founded by guitarist Rachel (Most Precious Blood, Indecision), vocalist Melissa, and drummer Vanessa. Drawing influence from At The Gates, Sick Of It All, Hatebreed, and L7, the band created a striking blend of hardcore, metal, and punk that stood out in the early 2000s scene.

Now, 25 years after their formation, The Wage Of Sin’s music is being released on vinyl for the first time ever. This collection showcases a band far ahead of their time, merging crushing riffs, emotional intensity, political awareness, and unmistakable energy. A crucial document of early-era metalcore and hardcore delivered through a unique and powerful voice.
