Thrive unite the hardcore scenes of Essen, Germany and Haarlem, Netherlands through a lineup of longtime scene veterans. Vocalist Björn, guitarists Rouven and Roland, bassist Jean-Paul, and drummer Pepijn bring decades of experience from bands, shows, touring, and independent projects into one direct and focused unit.
Following the two-song demo “No More Walls Dividing,” recorded in January 2025 at Schallsucht Studio in Hagen, the band return with their debut full-length, “Fighting Shadows.” Its eight songs combine groove-driven riffs, dynamic songwriting, and uncompromising intensity with atmospheric and emotionally charged moments.
“Fighting Shadows” was recorded by Rouven and mastered by Luke Kraywork. Artwork was created by Melinda Beck, with layout by Jean-Paul. The vinyl edition will be released in September through Devarishi Records, while DITS Records will issue the cassette version.
