Touché Amoré from Los Angeles combine merciless hardness with very serious and at the same time artful songwriting. In the post-hardcore community, they have made an outstanding name for themselves with this on their constant tours. In 2013, the quintet took the next step with the release of "Survived By". It seemed like nothing could stop this band until frontman Jeremy Bolm received the news that his mother had been diagnosed with cancer. The devastating thing was that the disease was classified as stage four cancer - there was no chance of a cure. For the band, there was no question that they were giving Bolm the time he needed to care for his mother. But she was also his biggest fan, and one of her last wishes was for her son to continue living his dream. So Bolm returned to the band to fulfill his mother's legacy, to continue to make the dream come true despite the loss, and to take the music to a new level. Triumphant in sound and mature in attitude, "Stage Four" is a strong creative leap for Touché Amoré. The first single is the catchy "Palm Dreams," and it's immediately clear that Bolm is breaking new ground: for the first time, the screamer actually sings - and with astonishing sensitivity.
