WIPERS – Land of the Lost [Vinyl LP]

“Land Of The Lost,” the fourth full-length album by Wipers, returns to the band’s reissue catalog via Jackpot Records. Originally released in 1986, the album presents Greg Sage and Wipers with a heavier and more intense sound than much of their earlier material.

The record blends post-punk, punk rock, and alternative rock with Greg Sage’s distinctive vocals and crunchy, swirling guitar riffs. “Land Of The Lost” carries a darker and more powerful atmosphere while remaining rooted in the unmistakable Wipers sound.

For this reissue, the locked groove at the end of side one has been carefully recreated to match the original pressing. Chris Newman’s cryptic artwork is also retained, preserving the visual identity of the 1986 release.
