In 1986, Underdog vocalist Richie Birkenhead joined Youth Of Today on second guitar. With this lineup, the band recorded their first full-length album, “Break Down The Walls.”
The album is one of the defining releases of youth crew hardcore, combining fast songs, clear messages, and a positive straight-edge attitude. “Break Down The Walls” captures the direct sound and energy that helped Youth Of Today shape the hardcore scene of the 1980s.
